To get a world class athletes physique, you need to have some muscles of course and have a really well defined 6 pack abdominals, but critically you have to get ripped and cut right to the bones.
If getting ripped fast is a real challenge, I am going to discuss how weight muscle building, proper diet and good old fashioned aerobic excercises will all apply to let you look red hot for the beach next summer.
Decide on what your goals are before you decide to get ripped. If you dont yet have the ripped body you have always wanted, you are either one of 2 types of people
The “huge guy” at the gymnasium who looks monstrous in street clothes but has little or no muscle defination once his shirt is off.
You train like a true body builder, but eat way to many calories, getting larger and stronger each week, but would never win a body building contest because you have way to much body fat.
Or you are the typical skinny boy who is deluded because of the veins popping out of his t shirt, but have zero muscles to support your body.
Sure the veins make you look cut, but this false sense of being huge would just win you a comedy award if you ever entered a body building contest.
To get really ripped. you need to decide when you are going to start reducing your weight, to get your body really lean.
You just cannot ever get ripped if you are totally lacking muscle size or definition.
Don’t decide to do both at the same time.
