How To Get 6 Pack Abs- Exercises You Can Do That Will Help You Get Abs Fast

When trying to get 6 pack abs, it can sometimes be a difficult thing to do.  But, it can be achieved through regular exercise along with highly targeted abs-exercises on a daily basis by spending 15-20 minutes on your exercises.

So, what I’m going to do is share with you some exercises that will help teach you how to get 6 pack abs.

Exercise # 1: “The Abs-Curl”. When you lie on the floor the arms should come across your chest. Your shoulder and abs should be tightened when you lift your abs from one inch above the floor level, and you can raise your feet and shoulders above floor level and hold it for few seconds. It can be repeated four to five times a day.

Exercise #2: “Leg-Raise”. Lower abs can be achieved by proper exercises. You can lie flat on the floor with your legs raised to 90 degrees and down. It can be repeated at least 10 times a day. We can try with various other alternative exercise by moving your legs left and right to burn the fat contents in your body.

The exercise can be done without rest along fluent and slow movements. For your comfort you can keep pillow under your back.

Exercise # 3: You can try the common exercise which is also know as “Bicycle” The hands can laid behind your head by bringing your knees up to a 90 degree angle, and just pump your legs back like riding a bicycle. It can be started with 1- 2 minutes and it can be increased gradually. These exercises will show better results compared to the various other exercises.
